KBP Foods is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join their team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This role is a full-time employment opportunity offering an annual salary ranging from $50,000 to $65,000, reflecting the importance and responsibilities associated with managing a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Restaurant General Manager will be instrumental in driving the profitability and success of their assigned KFC location by overseeing multiple operational facets such as cash control, inventory management, labor scheduling, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will take pride in leading and coaching a diverse team, ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming experience complemented by quality food products. This position demands a hands-on approach to managing daily restaurant operations, including maintaining cleanliness, conducting biweekly inventory counts, and ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations.
