The role of Restaurant General Manager at KBP Foods is a critical leadership position in the fast-paced quick-service restaurant segment. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee daily operations at one of the company's KFC franchise locations and be instrumental in driving the success and profitability of the restaurant. Your leadership will help implement business strategies, manage personnel, uphold operational standards, and ensure exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include directing profitability by managing cash control, inventory monitoring, labor management, and financial reviews. Routine tasks such as conducting inventory counts, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment, and maintaining product quality are also critical components of the role. To succeed, you will need a minimum of one year of general management experience in food service or retail, ideally in fast-food settings, a readiness to close restaurants as required, and the physical capacity to perform operational duties effectively.

Job Requirements
- at least one year of experience as a restaurant general manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility
- must be at least 18 years old
- availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
- physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment
- reliable transportation to work location
- legal authorization to work in the United States
