The role of Restaurant General Manager at KBP Foods is a dynamic and highly rewarding position that plays a crucial part in the overall success of each restaurant location. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing profitability, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering an outstanding guest experience. You will lead a team comprising Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers, guiding them to meet performance standards and company expectations.
This position offers a unique opportunity to develop and apply various management skills, such as recruitment, training, financial management, and customer service. Job Requirements
- At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility
- must be at least 18 years old
- availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
- physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility
- quick service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures
- monitor inventory and conduct inventory counts every other week
- manage labor and review financial reports to take action as needed
- recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers
- coach and train employees in operational excellence
- maintain a clean restaurant and ensure every guest enjoys a friendly experience with a quality product
