As a Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee a busy KFC restaurant, taking full responsibility for operational management including cash control, inventory oversight, labor management, and sales performance. You will lead and develop a team consisting of Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers, ensuring high operational standards and excellent customer service. Your day-to-day duties will involve recruiting, hiring, coaching, and training team members to meet the company’s standards of operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
