Job Requirements
- at least 18 years old
- valid driver’s license
- reliable transportation
- ability to work full-time hours
- previous experience in a restaurant setting preferred
- strong desire to learn and grow
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- preferred servsafe certification
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in restaurant management preferred
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- excellent communication abilities
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to manage budgets and analyze financial data
- proficiency in scheduling and operational software
Job Duties
- lead and manage all restaurant operations including staff scheduling and inventory control
- recruit, train, and develop team members to build a high-performing team
- oversee customer service to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- manage financial performance including budgeting and sales targets
- enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards
- maintain a positive and motivating work environment
- handle administrative tasks such as payroll and compliance reporting
