Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in a high-volume food service or retail setting
  • Proven record of profit and loss management and leadership in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical capability to perform duties involving lifting moderately heavy objects and constant standing
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in a high-volume food service or retail setting, with a proven track record of P and L management and operational leadership, ideally within a quick-service restaurant (QSR) environment
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs
  • Capable of lifting, carrying, stacking, pushing, or pulling moderately heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) with reasonable accommodation

Job Duties

  • As a KFC General Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring operational excellence, maximizing profitability, and delivering an outstanding experience to our guests
  • Lead, inspire, and develop your restaurant team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Drive profitability by expertly managing all aspects of cash handling and security, optimizing inventory control, strategically managing labor costs, meticulously analyzing financial reports, and implementing effective corrective actions
  • Oversee the entire talent acquisition process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of all Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance management to all team members, ensuring operational excellence and a consistently successful restaurant
  • Conduct accurate bi-weekly inventory counts and manage ordering to minimize waste and optimize product availability
  • Ensure the restaurant consistently adheres to the highest cleanliness and food safety standards, and that the team consistently delivers exceptional guest experiences through friendly, efficient service and high-quality products
  • Maintain the ability to stand and walk consistently throughout entire shifts, often for extended periods
  • Safely navigate confined spaces and expertly operate all restaurant equipment according to company guidelines
