Job Requirements
- at least 18 years old
- valid driver’s license
- reliable transportation
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong desire to learn and grow
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- excellent interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant or food service management preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- customer-focused with a positive attitude
- proficiency in basic computer applications
- knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus
Job Duties
- assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations
- lead and motivate restaurant team members to ensure exceptional customer service
