Job Description

KFC, one of the world's most famous fast-food restaurant chains, is renowned for its delicious, original recipe fried chicken served with southern hospitality. As a globally recognized brand, KFC has successfully delivered quality meals to millions of customers every day, making it a trusted name in quick service restaurants. The company holds a unique position in the food service industry by not only filling people up but also fulfilling their lives through exceptional food and memorable customer experiences. Known for its innovative menu offerings, commitment to great taste, and a vibrant culture, KFC creates an engaging work environment that fosters teamwork, independence, and fun for its employees. At KFC, employees are more than just workers; they are part of a family that values personal growth, integrity, and shared success.

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Assistant Restaurant Managers within independently owned and operated franchise locations. This position offers a unique opportunity for passionate leaders who want to be managers of their own business but need the right platform to get started. As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be the second in command of a dynamic restaurant business worth over $1 million in annual sales. Collaborating closely with the Restaurant General Manager, you will focus on driving business growth by making every customer’s day special through excellent service and high-quality food. This role combines operational leadership with hands-on involvement in daily restaurant activities, emphasizing team development, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.

The Assistant Restaurant Manager position is perfect for individuals who are natural leaders, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are eager to create a positive and motivating workplace culture. Whether it’s problem-solving, coaching team members, or ensuring operational standards, you will play a critical role in maintaining KFC’s reputation for excellence. The job is more than a paycheck; it’s about taking on new challenges, having fun at work, and building lasting friendships with your colleagues. Training is provided to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge for success, but the ideal candidate already demonstrates qualities such as honesty, energy, high personal standards, and a genuine desire to serve customers with a smile.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license since there may be occasions to perform key duties such as making deposits for the restaurant. This role requires a person who is motivated to learn, grow, and contribute to the continued success of the brand. Keep in mind that employment decisions and related matters are handled by the franchisee, your employer. Each independently owned KFC restaurant may have slightly different requirements, but the core mission remains consistent: to make a positive impact in every customer’s experience and help the business thrive.

If you want to develop your management skills, work in a fast-paced, rewarding environment, and be part of a culture that values teamwork and fun, the Assistant Restaurant Manager role at KFC is an excellent career path to consider. Join the winning team where life truly tastes better and your contributions have a meaningful impact every day. Apply today to start your journey with KFC.
