Job Duties
- Lead and support restaurant team members to deliver excellent customer service
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations including quality control and inventory management
- Collaborate with the Restaurant General Manager to drive sales and achieve business goals
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and regulatory standards
- Recruit, train, and motivate staff to build a positive work environment
- Handle cash deposits and financial transactions as required
- Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain excellent customer satisfaction
