Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure quality and service standards
- Lead and motivate team members to create a positive and productive work environment
- Assist in hiring, training, and development of restaurant staff
- Oversee inventory, cash handling, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Handle customer concerns and strive for excellent customer satisfaction
- Support the Restaurant General Manager in achieving sales and business goals
