Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Strong desire to learn and grow
- Energetic and motivational personality
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer service environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management or leadership role preferred

- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations
Job Duties
- Assist the Restaurant General Manager in daily restaurant operations
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service
- Ensure adherence to food safety and cleanliness standards
- Manage scheduling and labor to maintain operational efficiency
- Support training and development of new and existing employees
- Drive sales growth by implementing promotional strategies
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
