Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- valid driver’s license
- reliable transportation
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

- prior experience in restaurant or retail management preferred but not required
- strong leadership and team-building skills

- proficiency in basic math and financial handling
Job Duties
- lead and motivate the restaurant team to achieve operational goals
- assist the Restaurant General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations
- ensure excellent customer service with a focus on quality food and hospitality
- help maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the restaurant
- manage inventory and assist with financial responsibilities such as making deposits
- train and develop team members for success
- contribute to creating a positive and fun workplace culture
