Job Requirements
- At least one year of experience as an assistant general manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of experience as an assistant general manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility (quick service experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Knowledge of inventory management and cash handling procedures
- Proven ability to maintain safety and cleanliness standards
- Capability to manage labor and food costs effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
