This opportunity is for an Assistant General Manager position at KFC. As an Assistant General Manager, the candidate will play a crucial leadership role in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced quick-service restaurant. The role offers a chance to grow leadership skills and advance to General Manager and above-store roles through a structured internal leadership development program. The Assistant General Manager will lead and motivate a team to provide excellent guest experiences, maintain operational standards, and uphold company policies and safety guidelines. They will manage essential aspects such as inventory, cash handling, labor, and food costs to maximize profitability while ensuring the highest standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation. The role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $17 to $19.50, paid training, and eligibility for a quarterly bonus program based on restaurant performance.
