This opportunity is for an Assistant General Manager position at KFC located at 4940 Southwestern Blvd., Hamburg, NY. The role offers an hourly wage ranging from $18.50 to $20, reflecting the candidate’s skill level and experience. Job Requirements

  • At least one year of experience as an assistant general manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
  • physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience as an assistant general manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility
  • experience in leadership roles in quick service restaurant environment preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage and motivate a team
  • basic knowledge of inventory and cash management

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proficiency in operating restaurant equipment
