Job Requirements
- At least one year of experience as an assistant general manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of experience as an assistant general manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility
- Quick service experience preferred
