We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dependable individuals to join our team as Team Members. This role is integral to the success of our restaurant, serving as the primary point of contact with our customers—whether they are walking through our doors or using the drive-thru service. As the face of our restaurant, you are responsible for greeting each customer with positivity and ensuring their experience is as enjoyable as possible.

The Team Member role encompasses much more than just food preparation; it requires someone who embodies a friendly spirit, is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be entrusted with the important responsibility of preparing and serving our world-famous food daily, maintaining cleanliness and order in the restaurant, and contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers and coworkers alike. Job Requirements

  • Arrive at work on time
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Follows procedures regarding operation of restaurant equipment including fryers, ovens, etc.
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs and carry up to 30 feet
  • Able to push/pull up to 90 lbs up to 30 feet
  • Able to stand and walk for a majority of work shift
  • Follows restaurant cash handling safety and security procedures
  • Adheres to restaurant and City/State/United States safety requirements
  • Knowledge of and compliance with restaurant's Human Resources policies and processes

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Commitment to following food safety standards
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
