The Team Member role at KFC A&W is a dynamic, front-line position essential to delivering the signature experience the brand promises its customers. As a Team Member, you are the face and voice of the restaurant, greeting customers with a smile and ensuring every interaction is welcoming and friendly, whether at the counter or drive-thru window. Job Requirements

  • Arrive at work on time
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Follows procedures regarding operation of restaurant equipment including fryers and ovens
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs and carry up to 30 feet
  • Able to push/pull up to 90 lbs up to 30 feet
  • Able to stand and walk for a majority of work shift
  • Follows restaurant cash handling safety and security procedures
  • Adheres to restaurant and city/state/united states safety requirements
  • Knowledge of and compliance with restaurant's human resources policies and processes

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math skills for cash handling
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to follow instructions and restaurant guidelines
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
