The role being offered is a key position supporting the front-of-house team and management at Outback Steakhouse. This position is crucial for maintaining restaurant standards and enhancing both guest and team experiences. Reporting under direct supervision, the candidate will act as a leader within the restaurant, demonstrating a strong "whatever it takes" attitude. The key position involves a blend of operational oversight, team leadership, and hands-on support to ensure the smooth running of daily activities. Among the responsibilities are conducting pre-opening quality checks, leading pre-shift meetings, coaching and supporting the front-of-house staff in delivering excellent customer service, balancing the needs of both front- and back-of-house operations, and handling guest interactions with professionalism and care. Additionally, the role includes involvement in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities, providing a comprehensive scope of leadership and operational duties.

- Certified in all front-of-house functions
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Certified in all front-of-house functions
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry preferred
- Previously held positions of leadership preferred
Job Duties
- Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies
- Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening including kitchen and bar line checks, interior and exterior maintenance
- Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings
- Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs
- Perform quality table checks and handle routine guest issues
- Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities
