Bob Evans is currently looking to hire a Key Supervisor, a vital role within their restaurant operations. The Key Supervisor supports daily restaurant operations and staff, ensuring the implementation of all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems. The Key Supervisor is directly involved in supervising team members during opening and closing shifts to maintain and improve company standards. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior leadership experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
  • College or culinary schooling preferred
  • Ability to stand for entire shift and walk long periods without rest
  • Ability to push, lift, carry and transfer up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend, stoop and reach with hands
  • Ability to verbally communicate and use close, distance, color, peripheral vision and depth perception
  • Ability to freely access all restaurant areas including selling floor, stock area and register area
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior leadership experience required
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred

  • Provide daily working supervision of team members during opening and closing shifts to ensure company standards are maintained and improved
