As a Keyholder / Barista at Event Network, you will be an essential part of the team responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while supporting the operations of the store. This position is a hybrid role where retail sales seamlessly blend with café service, offering an exciting opportunity to craft delicious and high-quality beverages such as specialty coffees and food items. Beyond preparing beverages, you will assist guests with merchandise selection, offer tailored recommendations, and contribute to achieving sales goals by employing suggestive selling techniques.

The Keyholder / Barista role also includes responsibilities that bolster the smooth operation of the store, including executing opening and closing procedures, accurately processing transactions with various payment methods, and maintaining inventory presentation. You will work alongside management to uphold high service standards, monitor key performance indicators, and sustain retail and café cleanliness standards while adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols.
