Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 or older for liquor sales
  • Position requires flexible availability including weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move up to 40 pounds
  • Capability to read, count, and write accurately to complete paperwork
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Experience as a keyholder or supervisor in a retail environment
  • Merchandising experience organizing and presenting products visually
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a service mindset
  • Ability to handle transactions accurately and provide excellent guest service
  • Knowledge of loss prevention and security procedures
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, morning and evening shifts

Job Duties

  • Promptly greet store guests and offer assistance to provide quality guest service
  • Consistently practice suggestive selling to create and increase sales by engaging guests in conversation
  • Be knowledgeable about the store's products, current sales and promotions, sales targets, KPIs, and new products
  • Meet company presentation standards by following guidelines for merchandise display, store cleanliness, and restocking
  • Follow Event Network and hotel appearance and dress standards
  • Process all transactions accurately and efficiently including cash, credit card payments, employee discounts, and room or property charges
  • Complete store paperwork and procedures including printing reports, performing cycle counts, opening and closing store operations
  • Recognize security risks and protect company assets
  • Follow all applicable laws and company policies for store operations, timekeeping, loss prevention, and human resources
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and foster a positive work environment
