We are currently hiring for a part-time Barista Keyholder position at the 4th Street Pif1on Coffee House. This role is perfect for experienced baristas who are passionate about coffee and leadership. The Barista Keyholder will take on responsibility beyond creating exceptional coffee; you will be a vital leader who opens and closes the café, supports and motivates the team, and ensures smooth daily operations. Your role is crucial in setting the tone for customer service and workplace culture, fostering an environment of kindness, energy, and teamwork. You will balance hands-on barista work with leadership duties, including cash handling, managing café operations, and maintaining a welcoming and organized space for all.

This position offers a pay range from $12 to $18 per hour in tips, reflecting the value we place on excellent service and leadership. We are looking for someone dependable with a positive attitude who is willing to learn and grow within the company. Leadership experience is a plus but not required as we provide opportunities for growth and advancement. The Barista Keyholder role is physically active and hands-on requiring standing and moving throughout shifts, consistent engagement with customers and coworkers, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. This role is key in supporting the café’s goals and enhancing the overall customer experience while fostering a close-knit community atmosphere.
