Job Requirements
- Proven 2 years experience in food service management within quick service and fast food restaurants or casual dining environments
- Strong background in food preparation cooking techniques and kitchen management with supervisory experience
- Familiarity with POS systems including Toast POS
- experience with cash handling
- Knowledge of inventory control practices budgeting and food safety standards such as HACCP or local health regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members through effective training and development strategies
- Prior experience in restaurant management or hospitality management roles preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

- Operate Toast POS for order processing cash handling and sales reconciliation

- Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff efficiently overseeing daily operations and resolving any operational issues promptly
