This particular role is for a Key Carrier at the TJ Maxx store located in Cincinnati, OH. The Key Carrier role is a leadership position that acts as an elevated extension of the Coordinator role, where the individual primarily performs as a Coordinator but also assumes leadership responsibilities as needed. The Key Carrier plays a vital role in maintaining the operational integrity and smooth functioning of the store, stepping into the role of Manager on Duty when required, and ensuring that all aspects of store operations meet company standards. This position demands availability for flexible scheduling including nights and weekends to meet the dynamic needs of retail operations. Job Duties

- ensure opening and closing procedures are executed according to company guidelines
- communicate accurately and effectively with management and associates when setting and addressing priorities and provide progress updates
- provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback
- provide feedback recognition and coaching to associates
- partner with management on associate training needs to increase effectiveness
- ensure adherence to all labor laws policies and procedures
- promote credit and loyalty programs
- support and participate in shrink reduction goals and programs
