Job Description
Playbook is a mobile marketplace where the industry's top instructors in health, fitness, and athletics turn their phone content into a subscription income - all on their own terms. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, talent management, or onboarding roles
- Ability to command respect and communicate effectively with a broad range of personalities
- Experience in a fitness environment is a major plus
- Persistent and willing to follow up with creators multiple times to get things done
- Empathetic to creators and the challenges they are facing, finding solutions to unblock them
- Persistent, always on, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- BA or BS degree, or higher
