Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree preferably in business, management, marketing or food science
- 5+ years experience in sales, marketing or customer relationship role in food or related industry
- experience with the flavor industry including consumer and industry trends
- knowledge of customer strategies, projects, commercial needs and product launch processes and competitor activity

Job Duties
- lead and influence strategic account planning
- develop comprehensive action plans for main accounts
- analyze brand strategies, positioning, strengths and weaknesses, and competition data
- manage brief pipeline to achieve growth plans
- manage large commercial projects in collaboration with flavor creation and application
- maintain customer visibility through appropriate call frequency and product demonstrations
- follow up on customer submissions and manage wins through production and launch
- negotiate pricing agreements following company guidelines
- grow business with designated accounts by managing top and bottom lines
- cultivate customer relationships with important decision-makers
- position company as preferred supplier and ensure participation in targeted briefs and on supplier lists
