Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with part-time team members potentially eligible for limited benefits based on company policies and state law. Compensation is $17.50 per hour for each hour worked.

The role offers an excellent opportunity for those passionate about animal care, who are confident working with pets of various sizes and temperaments. The Veterinary Kennel Assistant will also need to demonstrate a strong work ethic, a positive and team-oriented attitude, and physical ability to meet the demands of a hands-on animal care role. Experience monitoring security cameras and observing animal behavior is also valued.

Full-time employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance and disability coverage, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), 401k with company match starting in 2027, paid time off, and a personal pet discount. Four Paws Pet Hotel and Resort prides itself on being an equal opportunity employer, valuing diversity and providing reasonable accommodations to qualified applicants with disabilities.
