Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain current food handlers card
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays required
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a high volume, deadline oriented work environment
- Ability to safely lift and carry heavy objects
- Ability to work long periods on feet including frequent walking, stair climbing and outdoor work
- Ability to perform repetitive movements such as pushing, pulling, bending, twisting and stooping
- Ability to handle kitchen equipment safely
- Ability to communicate clearly and cooperate with co-workers, managers, and customers
- Willingness to work around various heat sources and sharp objects
- Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely
- Ability to complete side work as directed by the manager

Job Duties
- Expedite food from the kitchen to guests' tables in a timely and efficient manner
- Bussing duties including clearing and resetting tables
- Clearing unnecessary dishes from tables
- Assisting with customer requests
- Providing the bar with ice and clean glassware
- Setting up and cleaning of the restaurant or outdoor areas
- Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant
- Backing up wait staff
- Sorting garbage and recycling
- Maintaining positive customer relations
