Servers must maintain a commitment to the Four Diamond Service Agreement, adhering to quality standards and demonstrating a consistent level of excellence in every service interaction. Furthermore, they must be capable of handling tasks such as resetting tables, clearing used dishware, and maintaining an accurate running check of guests’ orders and payments, all while ensuring compliance with Pechanga Resort and Casino’s cash handling policies.

To qualify for the Server role, candidates must have at least a high school diploma or GED, with preference given to those who have prior experience in a similar position. Proficiency in English communication is essential, alongside basic mathematical skills required for accurate billing and handling of American currency. Candidates must also be able to obtain and maintain a Class "A" gaming license, Food Handlers Certificate, and Tips Certification as mandated by the resort. Physical abilities such as tray service handling, carrying, and unloading, along with the capacity to follow directions and multitask effectively, are also critical to success in this role.
