Job Requirements
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Minimum 2 years of professional bartending experience in upscale dining
- Extensive knowledge of craft cocktails spirits beer and wine
- Ability to obtain and maintain class A gaming license
- Ability to obtain and maintain Food Handlers Certification
- Ability to obtain and maintain Responsible Beverage Certification
- Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to pass pre-employment bartender audition
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math skills
Job Qualifications

- Working knowledge of Micros system

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve drinks to guests including cocktails wine beer and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain cleanliness of bar countertop and assist with the cleanliness of the entire designated bar area
- Ensure bar is stocked with glasses garnishes drink mixes and ice
- Demonstrate proper knowledge of liquor laws and regulations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new drinks continuously expanding knowledge of different types of beverages
- Demonstrate knowledge of all Pechanga Resort Casino drink recipes
- Suggest and have working knowledge of high-end wine and spirits
- Make signature cocktails using creative ingredients fresh herbs and other embellishments
- Adhere to cash and operating policies in accordance with Pechanga Resort Casino handbook
- Maintain proper sanitation and safety procedures for food handling
- Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times
