The role of Bartender at Drury Hotels located at 812 West I-65 Service Road South in Mobile, Alabama, is a vital position that greatly contributes to the overall guest experience within the hotel. This role involves opening and closing the hotel Kitchen+Bar following company policies and procedures, ensuring that the food preparation and bar areas are maintained in a clean, organized, and efficient manner. Job Requirements

  • must be 21 years old or older
  • one year experience bartending required
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications
  • ability to take written and verbal direction in English
  • ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to handle money and make change
  • ability to operate machines and equipment used including cash register and POS software
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to open and close bar
  • ability to distinguish between different denominations of currency

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent, completion of two years of college preferred

Job Duties
