This position is for a Restaurant Team Member at Circle K’s Charleston location. This role is integral to the store’s food service operations and customer experience. The Restaurant Team Member is responsible for providing outstanding guest service in a fast-paced, friendly environment while maintaining cleanliness and ensuring food is prepared to the highest standards of safety, quality, and brand compliance. Responsibilities include cleaning and general housekeeping, food preparation and serving, monitoring product quality, handling cash and sales transactions accurately, and adhering to all government laws and safety codes. The position requires flexible shift availability to meet the variable scheduling needs of the store. - Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 50+ lb. occasionally, including lifting from ground to overhead
Job Duties
- Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
- Maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties
- Prepares and serves food items in accordance with all brand, company, and health department regulations
- Ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
- Keeps accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records
- Follows all government laws and safety codes
- Completes reports on all incidents following the 5-minute rule policy
