In this role as a substitute or support educator with Scoot Education, you will benefit from personalized assistance through your dedicated Education Consultant who facilitates your placement in assignments best suited to your strengths and professional background. You will receive one-on-one check-ins to address school feedback, discuss training opportunities, handle questions, and plan your career path in education. Consultants often bring their own teaching experiences to support you by sharing best practices and practical advice, just a phone call away to provide guidance and resolve concerns. You will be hired as a W-2 employee, alleviating worries about tax withholdings, and earn competitive pay ranging from $150 to $263 per day depending on location, assignment length, certification, and role. Scoot also offers paid training hours, weekly direct deposit paychecks, expense reimbursements related to background checks, and a 401k plan after eligibility.
