Job Requirements

  • Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
  • ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • experience in culinary leadership and fine dining
  • strong communication skills
  • knowledge of kitchen management and food safety regulations
  • ability to manage labor, expenses, and food costs
  • computer proficiency in relevant software
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • commitment to high-quality service

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years culinary leadership experience preferred
  • 5+ years cooking experience
  • 2+ years fine dining experience required
  • college degree or certification in culinary field or hospitality field preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members
  • proficiency in English
  • computer savvy and proficient in relevant systems and software
  • ability to lead, motivate, and manage a large team in a fast-paced environment
  • understanding of financial goals and ability to accomplish them

Job Duties

  • Oversee culinary operations and assist the Executive Chef
  • create innovative menus and ensure food quality
  • manage kitchen staff and lead team development
  • control labor, expenses, and food costs effectively
  • ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • maintain state-of-the-art kitchen facilities
  • promote teamwork and a positive work environment
