The Junior Sous Chef - Pastry position at Jumeirah The Red Sea presents a fantastic opportunity to be part of this prestigious brand. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment
  • Experience in chocolate work, room amenities, wedding cakes, and artistic pastry creation
  • Proven experience in supervising Pastry kitchen operations and maintaining high culinary standards
  • Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations
  • Certification in Food Safety and HACCP

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment
  • Experience in chocolate work, room amenities, wedding cakes, and artistic pastry creation
