Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of culinary experience
  • Restaurant experience highly preferred
  • Ability to support food prep and cooking for breakfast and lunch service
  • Willingness to engage with guests in a front-facing culinary role
  • Knowledge of sanitation, safety standards, and food handling practices
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday generally between 6:30 AM and 4:00 PM with occasional evening events
  • Basic computer skills
  • Availability for occasional evening catering events ending by 6–7 PM
  • Ability to maintain quality and presentation standards
  • Teamwork and positive communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of culinary experience
  • Strong cooking and station experience
  • Enthusiasm for guest interaction and front-facing culinary service
  • Knowledge of food trends, production, presentation, sanitation, and safety
  • Team-oriented attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • ServSafe or DOH certification preferred
  • Basic computer skills including familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel
  • Management experience not required but willingness to learn on the job

Job Duties

  • Support daily culinary operations including food prep, cooking, station execution, and service for breakfast and lunch
  • Serve as a guest-facing culinary ambassador engaging guests, working stations, and delivering the Chef’s Table experience
  • Provide exceptional hospitality and build strong relationships with guests
  • Assist with planning, menu development, and coordination of culinary offerings
  • Support high-end conference catering including occasional evening events
  • Help maintain food quality, presentation standards, sanitation, and safety compliance
  • Aid in cost controls including inventory, ordering, waste reduction, and product management
  • Collaborate with a positive, team-first mindset across culinary and front-of-house teams
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support a high-performing operation
