  • 3-5 years leadership experience in luxury hotel or fine dining setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to use technology for job duties
  • Valid work authorization for the U.S.

  • Manage day-to-day kitchen operations ensuring smooth execution of menu items
  • Maintain consistency in taste and presentation of all dishes
