The Kitchen Supervisor at Rocky Mountain Catering is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations while ensuring that each dish and event reflects the highest standards of excellence.   • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • ServSafe certification required

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily prep, batch production, and station execution across the kitchen
  • Create production plans and prep lists based on event needs and timelines
  • Assign stations, tasks, and priorities for Culinary Leads, line cooks, and prep staff
  • Lead through hands-on cooking while supervising operations
  • Ensure menu execution meets standards for flavor, consistency, and presentation
  • Conduct quality checks throughout production and service
  • Train, coach, and develop Culinary Leads and kitchen staff
