Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including all shifts: AMs, PMs, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid work authorization for the U.S.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to maintain professional demeanor and comply with Four Seasons policies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-3 years previous restaurant management and/or sommelier experience
  • Positive attitude and self-starter
  • Comfortable working alongside a team of food and beverage professionals
  • Requires oral proficiency in English, other languages a plus
  • Experience with and knowledge of Italian cuisine and wines highly preferred
  • Minimum certification Sommelier Level 1 preferred

Job Duties

  • Maintaining accurate beverage program including wine list updates and POS system
  • Support training staff on beverage program across all food and beverage outlets
  • Ensure maximum guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service and attention to guests and colleagues
  • Run the shift as manager on duty when necessary, completing opening and closing procedures
  • Manage wine cellar including proper receipt, storage, inventory and ordering of beverage products
  • Develop and maintain controls for beverage costs to maximize profitability
  • Assist with food and beverage services, taking and delivering orders throughout the restaurant when needed
