Job Requirements

  • must have valid work authorization for the u.s.
  • minimum 1-3 years previous restaurant management and or sommelier experience
  • oral proficiency in english language
  • ability to work flexible schedule including all shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • minimum certification sommelier level 1 preferred

Job Qualifications

  • minimum 1-3 years previous restaurant management and or sommelier experience
  • possess a positive attitude and be a self-starter comfortable working alongside a team of food and beverage professionals
  • oral proficiency in english language required, other languages a plus
  • experience with and knowledge of italian cuisine and wines highly preferred
  • minimum certification sommelier level 1 preferred
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including all shifts, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • maintaining accurate beverage program including wine list updates and POS system support
  • support training the staff on beverage program across all food and beverage outlets
  • ensure maximum guest satisfaction through exceptional service and attention to guests and colleagues
  • running the shift as manager on duty when necessary and completing all necessary opening and closing procedures
  • manage wine cellar including proper receipt, storage, inventory, and ordering of beverage products
  • develop and maintain controls for beverage costs to maximize profitability including food and labor costs
  • assist with food and beverage service by taking orders and delivering them as required
