Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including all shifts such as AMs, PMs, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid work authorization for the U.S.
  • Minimum 1-3 years previous restaurant management or sommelier experience
  • Certification at Sommelier Level 1 preferred
  • Proven ability to assist in food and beverage service
  • Ability to train staff on beverage program
  • Strong organizational skills for inventory management
  • Excellent customer service skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-3 years previous restaurant management and/or sommelier experience
  • Possess positive attitude and be a self-starter
  • Comfortable working alongside a team of Food & Beverage professionals
  • Oral proficiency in English required, other languages a plus
  • Experience with and knowledge of Italian cuisine and wines highly preferred
  • Minimum certification Sommelier Level 1 preferred

Job Duties

  • Maintain accurate beverage program including wine list updates and POS system management
  • Support training staff on the beverage program across all Food & Beverage outlets
  • Ensure maximum guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service and attention to guests and colleagues
  • Run shift as manager on duty when necessary including completion of opening and closing procedures
  • Manage the wine cellar including receipt, storage, inventory, and ordering of beverage products
  • Develop and maintain controls for beverage costs to maximize profitability including food and labor costs
  • Assist with food and beverage service by taking and delivering orders as needed
