Job Requirements
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including all shifts such as AMs, PMs, weekends, and holidays
- Valid work authorization for the U.S.
- Minimum 1-3 years previous restaurant management or sommelier experience
- Certification at Sommelier Level 1 preferred
- Proven ability to assist in food and beverage service
- Ability to train staff on beverage program
- Strong organizational skills for inventory management
- Excellent customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years previous restaurant management and/or sommelier experience
- Possess positive attitude and be a self-starter
- Comfortable working alongside a team of Food & Beverage professionals
- Oral proficiency in English required, other languages a plus
- Experience with and knowledge of Italian cuisine and wines highly preferred
- Minimum certification Sommelier Level 1 preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain accurate beverage program including wine list updates and POS system management
- Support training staff on the beverage program across all Food & Beverage outlets
- Ensure maximum guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service and attention to guests and colleagues
- Run shift as manager on duty when necessary including completion of opening and closing procedures
- Manage the wine cellar including receipt, storage, inventory, and ordering of beverage products
- Develop and maintain controls for beverage costs to maximize profitability including food and labor costs
- Assist with food and beverage service by taking and delivering orders as needed
