This company is renowned for its commitment to delivering high-quality projects and maintaining long-term stability, making it one of the most reputable general contractors in the country. Their collaborative and hands-on working environment promotes transparency and gives project teams direct visibility, fostering a culture of teamwork and proactive project management.
They are currently seeking a P6 Scheduler to join their team on a permanent basis with a competitive salary range of $95,000 to $130,000 per year. The ideal candidate is someone with 2-4 years of experience as a project engineer (PE) or field engineer who has had exposure to scheduling and is motivated to pursue a career path focused on scheduling within the construction industry.
The P6 Scheduler will play a critical role in the successful delivery of construction projects by developing, maintaining, and managing project schedules using Primavera P6 software. Reporting directly to the Scheduling Manager, the candidate will be responsible for coordinating with project managers and project teams to ensure that projects proceed according to schedule, maintaining cost efficiency and financial control. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate schedule and cost performance insights clearly to various stakeholders. The scheduler will also be instrumental in risk assessment, recovery planning, and providing insightful data analysis and reporting that supports informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
