Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of project engineer, field engineer or scheduling experience on construction projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Projects and Primavera P6 software
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Develop the work breakdown structures for control and integrity of work to be performed as defined by the contract
- Develop, maintain, and execute project performance baselines
- Prepare and disseminate aggregated weekly and monthly reports on cost performance, trends, forecasts and cost savings
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Assist in development of recommended recovery measures for projects behind schedule and/or over budget
- Analyze variances in cost and schedule performance against the plan and communicate reasons for variances and proposed mitigation plans
- Review schedules developed by others and advise project managers as to whether those schedules are logical, complete, and satisfy contract requirements
- Provide support for data analysis, data validation and data mining efforts required to refine benchmarks
- Coordinate the review of project risk with management and provide status reporting
- Support the project manager and project team in organizational and administrative activities
