By combining luxury automotive excellence with superior client service, indiGO Auto Group has built a reputation for delivering exceptional experiences to its customers.

indiGO Auto Group is currently seeking a Junior Marketing Coordinator to support its Texas region, marking an excellent opportunity for individuals early in their marketing careers. This role focuses on experiential marketing, event planning, and brand activations to help deliver memorable experiences for clients and guests. The Junior Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing the planning, execution, and post-event reporting for brand and dealership events. These events range from vehicle launches and test drive experiences to client engagements and sponsored activations. Supporting multiple luxury automotive brands, the incumbent will work closely with regional teams to ensure each event not only meets but exceeds expectations through meticulous logistical coordination and creative problem-solving.

The position offers a platform to develop a strong foundation in luxury brand marketing, experiential event management, and cross-functional teamwork. Candidates will have the opportunity to collaborate with dealership teams, external vendors, and marketing professionals to bring large-scale events to life. Responsibilities include coordinating event materials such as signage and branded collateral, managing guest lists and registration, overseeing event timelines, securing venue arrangements, and facilitating on-site event support including setup, management, and breakdown. Additionally, the Junior Marketing Coordinator will assist in budget tracking and vendor invoice oversight, ensuring all activities are aligned within the allocated marketing budgets. Post-event analysis and reporting will provide critical insights into event performance, engagement metrics, and areas for improvement. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

As part of indiGO Auto Group, the Junior Marketing Coordinator will benefit from working within a supportive, team-oriented culture that values professional growth and innovation. The company offers comprehensive insurance packages, 401(k) plans with matching, paid vacation and holidays, ongoing professional development opportunities, and access to state-of-the-art facilities and technology. Though primarily supporting the Texas market, there will be opportunities to engage with broader corporate initiatives and luxury automotive marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Experiential Marketing Manager, this role is well-suited for motivated and detail-driven individuals eager to contribute to a prestigious and dynamic automotive group.
