Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of culinary or food preparation experience preferred
- Ability to work weekday shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen tasks
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Duties
- Work independently performing moderately difficult tasks in preparing small quantities of quickly prepared food such as steaks, chops, cutlets, hamburgers, eggs, salads, and other similar items
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Reduce food waste through careful preparation and management
- Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy working environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Adapt to varying business necessities and client requirements by performing other duties as assigned
