Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of culinary or food preparation experience preferred
  • Ability to work weekday shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen tasks
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Duties

  • Work independently performing moderately difficult tasks in preparing small quantities of quickly prepared food such as steaks, chops, cutlets, hamburgers, eggs, salads, and other similar items
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Reduce food waste through careful preparation and management
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy working environment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Adapt to varying business necessities and client requirements by performing other duties as assigned
