- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong focus on customer service and food quality
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Work independently performing moderately difficult tasks in preparing small quantities of quickly prepared food such as steaks, chops, cutlets, hamburgers, eggs, salads, and other similar items
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Prepare and create nutritious dishes maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Put customer service at the heart of every task to ensure satisfaction and positive dining experiences
- Reduce food waste by adhering to portion control and sustainable cooking practices
- Adapt to business necessities and client requirements by performing other duties as assigned
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a healthy and safe working environment
