This experience is brought to life by their amazing team members and leaders who foster a fun, interactive, and engaging environment. The company prides itself on attracting individuals who are passionate about food and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere. They seek team members who have a positive attitude, maintain calm under pressure, and possess strong interpersonal skills to exceed customer service expectations.

The Juice Bar Clerk plays an essential role in delivering exceptional service by preparing and selling juices and smoothies, stocking products, and engaging with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

This role requires someone who not only loves food but can also create an experience beyond the ordinary for customers visiting the Juice Bar. The ideal candidate has a warm, outgoing personality, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a 'can-do' attitude that helps them tackle challenges with solutions. They must be able to listen carefully to customer needs, prepare fresh juice and smoothie orders accurately according to Bristol Farms' recipes, and maintain an organized and inviting grab-and-go case.

The position also demands excellent communication skills as the Juice Bar Clerk will answer customer inquiries, take phone orders, and operate the cash register in compliance with company policies. Physical demands of the job include standing for long periods, handling and prepping fruits and vegetables, and lifting items up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Working at Bristol Farms comes with many benefits including paid weekly earnings, a strong values-based culture that supports the growth and development of its team members, comprehensive benefits like medical, dental, vision, and 401K plans, as well as opportunities for growth within the family of brands. Additional perks include numerous scholarship opportunities for full and part-time employees, a 20% discount at Bristol Farms and Lazy Acres stores, and a semi-annual credit of $60 for Shoes for Crews footwear.

Joining Bristol Farms means becoming part of a company that values respect, flexibility, positive attitudes, and an unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service.
