The role of Juice Bar Clerk at Bristol Farms is an exciting position within the Juice Bar department, located at the 16220 Selma Avenue store in Hollywood, California. This hourly, nonexempt position offers a competitive pay range of $19 to $20 per hour, reflecting the vital role the Juice Bar Clerk plays in maintaining the high standards of customer service and product quality that Bristol Farms is known for. Reporting to the Juice Bar Manager, the Juice Bar Clerk is responsible for delivering exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations by attentively listening to customer needs and fulfilling juice and smoothie orders accurately. Preparing beverages according to established Bristol Farms Lazy Acres recipes and instructions ensures consistency and quality in every order served.
In addition to preparing orders, the Juice Bar Clerk takes responsibility for stocking juices in the grab-and-go case and prepping fruits and vegetables, maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The position demands excellent customer service skills with a warm, outgoing, and positive demeanor to create memorable guest experiences. The Juice Bar Clerk also operates the cash register while adhering to established company policies and procedures. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- ability to stand for long periods
- capable of frequently using hands and fingers to handle objects
- able to talk, hear, and taste or smell
- able to reach with hands and arms frequently
- able to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- able to frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds
- capable of close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and adjusting focus

Job Duties
- Listens to customer's needs and obtains the products as requested
- fills customer's juice and smoothie orders
- makes juice and smoothies orders following Bristol Farms Lazy Acres instructions and recipes as provided
- stock juices in the outside grab-and-go case
- prep fruits and vegetables
- answers customer's questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise
- answers the phone and takes orders as necessary
- operates a cash register following established policies and procedures
