Job Description

Product Connections, a division of Acosta Group, is a leading marketing agency specializing in creating impactful in-store experiences through product demonstrations, sampling events, and retail activations. As part of Acosta Group, one of the most trusted names in retail, marketing, and foodservice agencies, Product Connections plays a pivotal role in connecting brands to consumers at every stage of the shopping journey. With a robust team of over 10,000 experts and more than 150 corporate employees, the company is deeply committed to innovation, inclusivity, and professional growth. They foster a culture where collaboration and creativity thrive, empowering employees to develop their skills and take their careers to new heights.

The role of Juice and Specialty Product Preparation Associate is a vital position within Product Connections, focusing on the preparation and demonstration of juice and other specialty food products for purchase in retail environments. This role requires a combination of technical food preparation skills, safety compliance, and dynamic customer engagement. Associates are responsible for setting up and preparing designated areas for food products, following safety protocols meticulously, and ensuring that all tasks related to food handling, packaging, labeling, merchandising, and cleanup are executed flawlessly. The position plays an essential role in supporting marketing efforts by conducting product sampling and demonstrations that foster consumer interest and drive sales.

As a Juice and Specialty Product Preparation Associate, candidates can expect to engage directly with customers, offering hands-on experiences with products while adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation standards. The job requires physical stamina as associates must handle lifting heavy objects, pushing equipment, standing for extended periods, and working in temperature-varied environments including refrigerated and warm settings. Training and certification in state and local food safety standards are mandatory, ensuring that every event is compliant with health regulations. This position does not involve supervisory responsibilities but does demand flexibility in scheduling to accommodate retail hours and event requirements.

Joining Product Connections means becoming part of a supportive team that values diversity and equal opportunity. Acosta Group’s commitment to reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities underscores its inclusive philosophy. The company offers a transparent salary range indicative of its commitment to fair pay practices while utilizing E-Verify to ensure all employees have the legal right to work in the United States. Candidates are encouraged to apply and experience a workplace where their contributions make a meaningful difference, professional development is supported, and the collective mission to enhance shopper engagement is prioritized. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about food, marketing, and providing exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.
